Director of Traffic
Supervision of day-to-day operations of the Traffic Department.
Responsibilities include:
� Traffic functions for 6 radio stations and 3 streaming.
� Importing, order entry and revisions to orders.
� Scheduling commercial copy.
� High degree of flexibility and the ability to work with constantly changing and
fast-paced environments.
� Finalize and generate daily log. Verification of completed and aired daily
programming log.
� Providing reports to Sales Managers to distribute to sales staff.
� Maximize inventory and Revenue by managing the log and rescheduling commercials.
� Clock construction and maintenance and liaison for matters between Traffic, Sales
and Programming departments.
� Back-up to other Traffic Managers.
Required Skills/Education:
� College degree preferred. Accounting skills a plus. BILINGUAL (read and write
English/Spanish) a plus.
� Requires previous Radio broadcasting and management experience.
� Five+ years experience in Traffic management with a minimum of two years
management experience.
� Proficiency with computer programs (Media Star and Viero softwares are plus).
Knowledge of or hands on experience with Google and Best Rate required.
� Excellent management and organization skills: self-directed and capable of
working effectively in a fast paced environment while juggling multiple projects and adhering
to tight and demanding deadlines.
� Candidate must have exceptional organizational, interpersonal, time management,
written and verbal skills.
