A Product Manager will be responsible for both product planning and marketing including:
managing the product line throughout the entire product life-cycle, gathering and prioritizing
product and customer requirements, defining the product vision and working with the engineering
department to deliver winning products. Around 40% of the product manager�s time will be
spent working with the sales department to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are
met. This person will be a key interface with major accounts, informing them of our product
roadmaps and demonstrating the future potential of our product lines with companies such as
DirecTV, EchoStar, Sears, Wal-Mart, and more. Also, the product manager will direct the
engineering and �application engineering� department to set proper priorities regarding
development vs. enhancements, bug fixes, etc.

Requirements
A bachelors degree is required while a masters is desired. Previous product management
experience is required (2-5 years in a similar industry preferred). Must be able to travel
spontaneously up to 50% of the time (30% travel is typical). Must be able to relocate to Sioux
Falls.
