IVANS, Inc. is looking for an experienced Service Executive to join a growing team! 

If you thrive on assisting customers, understanding their business objectives and applying
technology solutions, this opportunity is for you. 

The Service Executive will provide a high level of service and management to territory
accounts, assisting customers with technical issues, responding to customer inquiries, and
advising on new network technologies.  Requires at least two years of work experience in a data
networking or related field, and minimum one year experience working in an account manager or
relationship manager role.  Experience with upselling to various external customers is
essential.  Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, multitasking and prioritization skills
required.  Familiarity with AT&T advanced networking products and services and some knowledge
of insurance industry business drivers and processes is desirable.  Approximately 10% travel is
required.
