Yoh Clinical has an exciting opportunity for a permanent in-house Sr. Clinical Research
Associate (CRA).  The ideal candidate will have Oncology experience.  Transplantation and/or
immunology experience is also a plus.  This position requires 50-60% travel nationally and when
not traveling the candidate must work in-house in the Bridgewater, NJ headquarters.  

Responsibilities
� Initiate, monitor, and manage Phase I, II, III, and IV clinical trials. 
� Monitor and assist in recruiting clinical sites. 
� Assist in liaison activities between contracted research organizations, field sites,
investigators, study coordinators, pharmacists and staff members. 
� Participate in pre-study and site initiation planning. 
� Monitor clinical and/or laboratory data to ensure accuracy, thoroughness, and regulatory
compliance of clinical documentation. Ensure resolution of data queries. 
� Assist in providing technical assistance to study sites regarding the conduct of clinical
research. 
� Track data forms, reports, and documents necessary for completion of clinical study, both
in-house and from participating study sites. 
� Perform clinical monitoring, site evaluation, and closeouts. 
� Assure delivery and shipment of drugs and products. 
� Maintain and track clinical studies budget. 
� Assist in writing FDA submissions. 
� Act as liaison with Professional Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Drug
Development, Research, Quality Assurance and Compliance and Accounts Payable to facilitate the
dissemination of information as appropriate. 
� Handle other duties as assigned. 

Requirements
� 4 year BS/BA degree with 3 years site monitoring or equivalent experience preferred 0r 3 year
(eg. RN) or 2 year Associate degree with a minimum of 5 years of site monitoring experience.
� Must have Oncology monitoring experience.
� Ability to proactively identify and interpret problems, recommend creative solutions, and
influence appropriate changes.
� Awareness of site dynamics and ability to effectively interact with, motivate, and educate
site personnel.
� Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
� Complex problem solving and decision making skills.
� Effective communication skills (oral and written).
� Accomplished time management and organizational skills.
� Flexibility and adaptability.
� Strong computer skills; experience with electronic data capture preferred.
