CHI0100-Leading manufacturer of R/F Microwave cable assemblies in Woodridge, Illinois is
seeking a Controller with the following qualifications:

 

Responsibilities:

 

Lead all finance activities for Teledyne Storm's Microwave Division 
Maintain balance sheet and related financial reporting (P&L statement, cash flow) 
Develop and report annual business plan and budget 
Analyze business trends, forecasting 
Develop cost proposals and working capital management 
Establish and maintain internal control processes 
Supervise and train accounting staff
 

Requirements:

 

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (CPA is a plus)
Cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
Previous supervisory experience required
Excellent computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Access, MRP systems
Strong knowledge of GAAP
Strong analytical, organizational and management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
