Responsibilities for this Store Manager includes, but are not limited to:
Working the counter
Inventory
Staff scheduling
Banking
Phones answering
Must be able to lift to 20lbs unassisted if necessary
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial
role.
Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Construction, small engine service, hardware experience and parts experience of some sort is
preferred
Perfect attendance is a MUST!
Candidates must have own and reliable transportation
Schedule: Full-Time - M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm and every other Saturday 8am-12noon
Pay for this position is $24.00/hr.
