Senior Financial Consultant � Immediate Opening

Mage, LLC, a full service management consulting firm in Needham, MA is seeking Financial
Consultants with a Bachelor�s/Master�s in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration for a
full-time senior level consultant position in its financial services division. Minimum of five
years of consulting experience required.

Applicants must possess a thorough understanding and ability to analyze and develop strategy
for the financial operations of companies. Excellent research and writing skills are also
required. Candidates should be proficient in the following:

� Preparing and analyzing companies' financial statements and projections
� Financial Modeling
� Assessing the impact of a transaction on a client's financial results and capital structure 
� Initiating acquisition ideas/opportunities
� Participating in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures 
� Raising debt and equity capital 
� Participating in due diligence sessions and client presentations
� Strategic financial/business analysis
