office. Located in the Financial District, HFF is one the nation’s leading real estate capital
intermediaries, providing debt placement, private equity, structured finance, investment sales
and loan servicing to clients nationwide. We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Real Estate
Analyst. 

Responsibilities include the preparation of financial analysis models for potential debt and
equity transactions, creation of offering memorandums and significant interaction with clients
and capital providers to place. Deals. A working knowledge of discounted cash flows required
and other due diligence items including ProFormas, expense analysis, aerials, maps, rent and
sales comparables, etc.

The ideal candidate needs a strong analytical background in finance as well as excellent
communication and organization skills. The position requires at least five years of experience
in commercial real estate as a lead analyst or underwriter and experience in multiple product
types. Excel and Word experience and proficiency in leasehold analysts programs. Must be
proficient in ARGUS. MBA with an emphasis on real estate finance preferred.
