An opportunity exists for an experienced commercial real estate professional to join our Real
Estate Appraisal Department to be responsible for evaluating assigned properties for
acquisition, refinance, restructure or general updating of commercial real estate appraisal and
credit files. Overall responsibilities will include: conducting site inspections to determine
overall physical condition of properties and preparing and submitting reports and
recommendations to appraisers; researching, analyzing and compiling data to provide detailed
analysis of collateral; assisting in writing property evaluations; preparing management
reports, which include descriptions of area and site, market data and income information;
researching real estate markets; ordering and reviewing third party appraisal reports from
approved vendors; maintaining comparable sales databases; and maintaining a current knowledge
of the real estate market, values and property development.

Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor�s degree as well as three to five years of
commercial real estate market and valuation experience. A high degree of skills in the use of
analytical concepts and techniques and the ability to conduct research over the World Wide Web
is required, as well as solid personal computer, prioritization and organization skills.
Professional appraisal designation is a plus.
