- Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials
- Supervise full-time paralegal assistant and work with them on a day-to-day basisWhat You Need
for this Position- 3+ Years of Experience in Litigation- J.D
Degree or Esquire
- Background in Plaintiff Personal Injury Law
- Well versed in the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure
- Experience drafting Pleadings, conducting Depositions, preparing and responding to Written
Discovery, Motions Practice, and Jury Trials
