VICE PRESIDENT FINANCE (NORTHEAST)

Well established retail Energy Company needs workhorse finance athlete who can��run, throw and
catch.� Reporting directly to the SVP, the VP Finance will be responsible for managing the
aggressive retail commodity growth in North America. Located in the Northeast, the VP will
design, build and manage the entire financial gas & power portfolio. VP will inherit a staff
and immediately hire, train and develop new staff to augment corporate growth strategy in the
PJM, NEPOOL, NY and Midwest commodity markets. 

Qualifying Absolutes:
� Experience in the energy world
� M&A exposure
� Corporate reporting
� Building finance team
� Advanced degree

This is a financially driven company, details with numbers and reporting are essential.
Experience with a Big 4 Accounting Firm and start-up experience preferred. Compensation and
