This is a Key leadership position, responsible for managing New England regional operations for
a national collection law firm. The position will be based in Glastonbury, CT and will be
responsible for developing, implementing and managing strategies for consumer collections.
Additionally, position will act as Site Manager in regards to facilities management, vendors,
etc. This role will ultimately manage 3-5 supervisors and up to 100 staff members.

The ideal candidate for this position will be:

� Experienced in consumer collections
� Confident, independent and decisive
� Able to provide leadership and direction for overall collection objectives
and execution (including but not limited to establishing priorities, dialer
performance, workflow processes, work standards)
� Accepts change in a positive manner and able to handle pressure
� Effectively motivates management team as well as front line staff
� Knowledge in current collection techniques, skip tracing
tools, and dialer technology a plus!
� Effective recruiter
� Strong interpersonal/communication (excellent verbal/written skills) and
project management skills
� Experience with personal computer software required with a good working knowledge of MS Word
and Excel 
� Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of combined Collections and Operational experience and/or
law firm experience
� Minimum of 3-5 years in managing or directing Teams or Leading
major projects 
� Minimum of 2 years College education
