Computerworld.com has an exciting opportunity for a Production Designer. The designer will work
closely with the online editorial and sales teams to maintain and grow our dynamic,
news-oriented web site for our aggressively expanding business. The designer will provide
ongoing design of the web site, editorial special reports, news and continuing coverage
packages and online promotional material. In addition, this person will create original
graphics and icons for use on the site, implement the web design parameters, style guides and
visual standards. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in
the field or in a related area. Applicants should be familiar with a variety of the field's
concepts, practices, and procedures. Successful candidates will rely on experience and judgment
to plan and accomplish goals. Experience in PhotoShop, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Information
Architecture design a must.
