(Senior) Manager, Business Strategy & Planning � OracleDirect

RESPONSIBILITIES:

� Participate in strategic and tactical planning for OracleDirect Sales Division
�Work closely with OracleDirect executives to analyze programs, make recommendations for
improvements, and assist with the implementation of new programs
�Manage multiple projects simultaneously utilizing a logical, efficient approach for meeting
strict deadlines
�Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other Oracle teams
�Report to Director of Business Strategy & Planning

QUALIFICATIONS:

�BA/BS required; MBA 
�5-7 years business development, sales management, sales operations or management consulting
experience
�Proven leadership and teamwork skills
�Ability to function effectively and flexibly in fast-paced, changing environment
�Strong problem solving and analytical skills
�Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidate should have experience presenting
to executives
�Solid time management and prioritization skills
�Expertise with Excel and PowerPoint
�Working knowledge of Oracle�s products and services
