Dimock Community Health Center is seeking an RN Manager who will provide twenty-four hour
leadership and management of clinical and administrative components of Acute Treatment
Services. S/he works closely with support services to upgrade the environment of the unit and
and provide progressive response and implementation of "Best Practices" for clients in acute
withdrawal. S/he monitors program improvement outcomes, daily utilization of census, assures
state of the art training of all clinical and non-clinical staff. S/he will work closely with
the new Medical Director of Detox to assure the highest standards of excellence in care.

This position requires knowledge of state regulations, licensure and JCAHO standards a must.
Bachelor degree or higher, Masters in Health Administration, Nursing, Social Services
