Support Synta�s small molecule drug discovery and development projects by analyzing target
compounds for drug discovery and optimization, contributing to exploratory research, lead
optimization, and process developments. Requires a BS or MS degree with 0~2 year experience,
familiar with HPLC, LC-MS, GC and other analytical instruments, strong skills in wet chemistry
analysis, ability to interpret analytical data for small molecule, excellent interpersonal
skills, good communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment
are essential.
