Currently we are looking to hire a Financial Analyst III.

Summary Of Position:
Financial analyst will be responsible for providing support in the areas of financial planning,
analysis, business case Development, cost management, reporting, budget, and operation plan and
financial forecasting. 


Duties:
Prepare and support CFO presentations to Senior Management, Board of Directors and MEI/MECA. 
Create and issue monthly Matsushita Maintenance Services (MMS) and Repair Shop performance
report and cost analysis report; prepare business proposals. 
Prepare Monthly Profit/Loss review by business category and global region with comparison to
budget and last years actual with analysis and report on variances. 
Review and update standard costs for each business unit. 
Provide support for Regional Finance Managers. 
Lead and assist in research, development and implementation of policies and procedures to
continually improve operating efficiencies and internal controls. 
Forecast gross margins based on forecasted sales; update Risk and Opportunity analysis for cost
elements; update expense forecast working with each department. 
Budgeting responsibilities to include controlling department budget structure, supporting
budgeting schedule and preparation, and to collect and upload final budget sheet to Oracle. 


Qualifications Required:
Four-year college degree in accounting and/or MBA. 
CPA or other applicable certification preferred. 
Experience in the aerospace industry preferred. 
5 + years of private industry experience including 2 + years of cost accounting experience in a
manufacturing environment. 
Strong oral and written skills necessary. 
Strong PC & accounting computer systems experience necessary. 
Domestic and international traveling with short notice will be necessary.
