project conception and management, documentation of procedures and results, and directing the
change in manufacturing philosophy. 
 

Interested candidates should:

� Have a BS in an engineering or science discipline.

� Be familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement tools.

� Have a minimum of five (5) years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.

� Possess good communication, interpersonal, organizational and planning skills.

� Have excellent mechanical aptitude.

� Be comfortable working with machinery in a manufacturing environment.

� Solve problems analytically.

� Be proficient in computer software applications such as MS Word and Excel; familiarity with
MRP systems is beneficial.
