Jacuzzi Brands, Inc. is currently seeking a Global Sourcing Professional. Position will plan,
develop and implement processes, procedures and reporting, to ensure Jacuzzi Brands procures
goods, services, and sourcing at the best possible price, consistent with necessary service,
quality levels, and strategic goals. Once established position will plan, develop and implement
processes, procedures and reporting to establish 'best practices'.
Position will be responsible to develop and execute global strategies to manage the
corporation's spend in the following categories: raw materials such as Metals, Resins,
Chemicals, Acrylic, Plastics, Corrugated, Packaging and other related materials including
Vitreous China, Faucet, Shower Systems,Shower Pans and Screens, Outdoor Saps and related
products, Bath Tubs and related bathroom products. 

REQUIREMENTS
10-15 Years Global Souring/Supply Chain Management experience. Current and previous exp. must
be in the direct materials and commodity side of the business. Must have a solid track record
of superior performance in a multi-plant environment with proof of cost reduction and
productivity improvement. Must also have a track record of sucess in managing others with
excellent leadership, communication and negotiating skills. Must show demonstrated experience
establishing a procurement department as well as demonstrated experience creating strategic
Souring initiatives, including contracting with key suppliers. Degree required, prefer BS or
BA. Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt, and lean manufacturing desirable. Bilingual (English
and Spanish) a plus.

Significant overnight travel will be required, including travel to foreign countries to assess
strategic Souring partners. Overtime and weekend work will be required.
