Director, Operations Control. We�re an internet retail company with locations in the San

Reporting to the VP Operations, this is a senior level, high visibility, hands-on position
responsible for all aspects of process analysis and improvements within the Operations
Department who will manage and bring to completion key development projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
�Manage business critical projects (operations expansion, international expansion, business
re-engineering, systems definition and implementation�)
�Business process champion
�Responsible for continuous improvement and streamlining of Operations KPI
REQUIREMENTS:
�7+ years experience in project management
�Previous Operations experience required (Distribution, Manufacturing, Supply-Chain, Customer
Service)
�BS required, MS/MBA preferred
�Big 3 consulting experience a plus
�Very strong analytical skills
�Strong leadership skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams under tight
dead-lines
�Knowledge of ERP systems and previous experience designing and implementing operations systems
(Warehouse management systems, Transport management systems, �)
