Responsibilities include: Responsible for increasing sales, customer delight and net profit
goals, responsible for associate satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have: 3 years plus of Retail Management experience. Preferably in
a big box environment. Good communication skills, commitment to improvement and change,
motivational skills, and organization skills.
