Peak 10 currently has openings in our Charlotte, NC corporate office for a Provisioning
Engineer. The Provisioning Engineer coordinates the provisioning and installation of products
and services provided by Peak 10, manages implementation projects, and assesses the quality and
accuracy of provisioning and installation tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee completion of installation and provisioning tasks
- Work with customers and engineers to gather the information required for service delivery
- Enter customer information into customer information/ticketing system
- Collect and organize customer information into customer folders
- Create tickets and assignments for installation and provisioning tasks
- Complete various provisioning tasks
- Review provisioning and installation tasks to insure accuracy and quality
- Represent Peak 10 in a courteously and professional manner
- Follow up with customer after installation is complete to rate quality of
service/installation
- Notify billing when installations are complete

KEY COMPETENCIES:
- Project management expertise (certification is a plus)
- Technical aptitude in the areas of networking, server administration and the Internet
- Outstanding organizational skills 
- Communicate clearly both orally and in writing
- Relate in a positive professional manner with customers and coworkers
- The ability to represent Peak 10 courteously, professionally, and effectively 
- Ability to prioritize assigned tasks
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating a personal computer
- Proficiency using common software programs like Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent required, 4-Year College Degree a plus 
- Project management and technical certifications are a plus
