VICE PRESIDENT � EAP and WorkLife Operations
Position Summary
Reporting directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the VP of EAP and WorkLife
Operations will have full P&L responsibility for the EAP Division and will be charged with
driving substantial growth, delivering efficient high quality services, developing and
implementing annual operating budgets, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. We
are looking for an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong blend of clinical experience and
business skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and direction for the EAP/WorkLife operations including:
Service delivery including call center operations
provider network development and provider relations
claims payment
quality/client satisfaction measurement
account management
Accomplish corporate objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements;
allocating resources; reviewing progress
Create new business opportunities
Embrace innovation, develop new programs and services to meet client needs and expand service
offerings
Qualifications:
Requirements include a master's degree in a related clinical discipline, business or health
administration; at least 10 years of previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in
an EAP or behavioral health environment; knowledge of EAP trends, WorkLife products and
services. Current experience in a leadership role for an EAP provider a strong plus. Must
have a vision for the future of EAP and WorkLife programs. Must be committed to superior
customer service, value and foster collaboration, embrace innovation, think strategically and
move tactically. Must be able to make independent decisions and assume responsibility as a
leader. Excellent communication skills a must.
