experience is REQUIRED. Must be able to thrive in ambiguous situations and be a great leader
and mentor.

Ideal candidate has experience building scalable, consumer-facing applications (online or
mobile). Familiarity with SMS, mobile client apps (BREW and/or J2ME and carrier integration
strongly desired. 

Willingness to code as well as manage required, as is proven ability to hit tight deadlines.
Successful candidate will have combination of technical competence, presence, strong work
ethic, and the ability to retain/recruit an engineering team.
