This position is responsible for developing, managing, and evaluating therapeutic drug
interventions and other clinical pharmacy programs provided to PharmaCare clients for the
purpose of controlling pharmacy benefit costs.

Requirements: 

The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical pharmacy programs at a PBM, managed care,
insurance, or provider organization, and will be knowledgeable in therapeutic interventions and
other clinical cost containment programs. A minimum of five years of clinical pharmacy
experience, with at least three years of experience with therapeutic interventions and other
cost containment strategies is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communications skills, including excellent presentation and writing
skills, are essential. Bachelor�s degree in pharmacy is required, an MBA is preferred. This
position can be based in the midwest, target locations: Detroit, MI, Fort Worth, TX or
Minneapolis, MN. Travel to clients is a priority.
