Carpenter Co.is a leader in the polyurethane foam and fiber industry, with plants across North
America and Europe. The Tupelo, MS operation has an opportunity for an Industrial Engineer.
This is a 600,000 sq. ft. plant with 250 employees.

Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial
Technology and two or more years of manufacturing experience. Good communication skills are
needed for interaction with factory personnel and management. A strong mechanical aptitude,
attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must.

Duties will include plant layout, costing, lean manufacturing, time studies and special project
management.
