The secret ingredients we're looking
for
You live and breathe creator culture.
You’re chronically online in the best
way and genuinely curious about pop
culture, emerging social trends,
internet conversations, and the creators
shaping culture. You have a strong
instinct for spotting talent before
everyone else does.
You’re a relationship builder. You
know the creator ecosystem and have
strong relationships with creators,
talent managers, agents, agencies, and
industry partners. You know how to build
trust, maintain relationships, and turn
connections into meaningful, repeatable
opportunities for the brand.
You know how to get a deal done.
You’re comfortable navigating creator
rates, negotiations, deliverables,
usage, exclusivity, and budgets, and can
find smart solutions that work for both

maximizing the value of each

You’re an operator at heart. You can
take a fast-moving project from idea to
launch, bringing structure to ambiguity,
staying ahead of deadlines, and managing
multiple creators and workstreams
without letting details fall through the
cracks. You enjoy building processes
that make great work easier to execute
and scale.
You communicate before someone has to
ask. You proactively share updates,
manage up, flag risks early, close
loops, and make sure partners always
understand where things stand and what
happens next.
You understand the bigger picture. You
see creators as more than a channel and
understand how the right talent and
ideas can strengthen brand storytelling,
cultural relevance, audience engagement,
and broader marketing objectives. You
can connect the right creator
opportunity to the business goal it is
meant to support.
You thrive in the pace of culture.
You’re comfortable moving quickly,
adapting when plans change, and
collaborating across Social, Brand,
Creative, Legal, and other teams to turn
timely opportunities into great work
that delivers value for both audiences
and the business.

requirement)
5–6 years of experience in influencer
marketing, creator partnerships, social
media, experiential, or a related
marketing discipline.
Demonstrated experience independently

launch, and reporting.
Strong knowledge of the creator and
social landscape across TikTok,
Instagram, YouTube, and emerging
platforms.
Experience negotiating creator
partnerships and managing budgets,
rates, deliverables, usage rights, and
exclusivity.
Established relationships across the
creator ecosystem, including creators,
talent managers, agents, and/or
influencer agencies.
Strong project management and
organizational skills, with experience
managing multiple creators, timelines,
budgets, and deliverables
simultaneously.

communication skills, with demonstrated
ability to proactively manage
stakeholders and work
cross-functionally.
Optional garnishes (preferred
experience)
Experience with creator management,
measurement, or social intelligence
platforms such as Dash Social.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing and
how creator partnerships can support
