We're looking for a Business

measurable business outcomes.
You'll thrive in this role if
you're commercially minded,

The Difference You Will Make
As a strategic partner to the Country

shaping and delivering growth across
DACH & CEE, with exposure to EMEA

landscapes.
Lead advanced analytics: Build
sophisticated models, forecasts and
business cases from scratch, translating
complex data into actionable commercial
recommendations.

marketplace trends, lead performance
reviews and identify the drivers behind
growth, risks and opportunities.
Drive strategic priorities: Lead
territory OKRs, business planning and
execution against ambitious growth
targets.
Influence and deliver: Align
cross-functional leaders, challenge
thinking and drive results without
formal authority.
Scale what works: Lead market
initiatives, pilot new ideas and adapt
EMEA and global programs for local
impact.

performance updates, proactively flag
opportunities and risks, and initiate
the deep dives that follow

the territory's cross-functional

Build a strong global network of
stakeholders across functions and
partner with them to identify
opportunities for the territory

Your Expertise

10+ years of relevant work experience
with a strong analytical background and
a broad business understanding across
