JOB DESCRIPTION |
SM Health Dean Medical Group is searching for a talented and experienced Primary Care physician leader to join our organization as Primary Care Clinical Program Medical Director. This role is 50% administrative and 50% clinical, combining an impactful and highly visible leadership function with a condensed clinical practice schedule. As the with oversight responsibility for the three Madison metro clinics, you will play a key leadership role in Primary Care redesign and realization of system initiatives. Medical Directors partner with their Administrator to monitor, manage, and improve the delivery of primary care services.

MD or DO
Active Unrestricted WI Medical License (or ability to obtain one)

2+ years of experience as a physician leader
Active Unrestricted DEA
